Who are our team at Bridge, Burton and Trent Court?
Every single day our team provides the very best care. We are incredibly proud of our highly motivated, professional and multidisciplinary teams.
Each member of our team possesses a high level of knowledge and understanding. This is consistently enhanced by our training and development programmes. Each member of our team possesses a high level of knowledge and understanding. This is consistently enhanced by our training and development programmes. This includes training in mental health, complex behaviours and dementia care and person-centred planning in line with current research and guidelines.
Fully staffed care
There is a nurse on shift 24 hours a day in each of our homes, supported by a dedicated team of Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants. There is also further clinical support provided by our qualified Matron, occupational therapist and the clinical psychology team. Additionally, we have a highly skilled support services team comprising maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping and administration staff.

How our homes are staffed

Additional clinical support is provided by a Matron, Clinical Psychology team, and Occupational Therapist.
We also have a highly skilled support services team which is made up of maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping and admin teams.
