    We are looking for people who have a positive, patient and flexible attitude along with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with working age or older adults with dementia and associated conditions.

    Our staff provide a 24-hours a day, seven days a week service, and have opportunities for full-time, part-time and night staff. We offer a comprehensive Induction programme, full training and on-going support in your role so you can achieve your career aspirations.

    You will be involved in assisting our ladies and gentlemen in communicating, understanding their individual needs and building empowering relationships. Our staff have a wealth of knowledge, experience, specialisms and passion, and we aim to share this with our teams to help them develop and learn.
